The Assistant Territory Sales Manager (ATSM) position at PRAN Group is a full-time role based anywhere in Bangladesh. As an ATSM, you will be responsible for implementing sales forecasts and strategies, achieving sales targets in specific areas, coordinating with supervisors and sales representatives, executing promotional activities, monitoring competitors, managing dealer orders and deliveries, analyzing distribution channels, ensuring product availability and visibility, and exploring new market opportunities.
Educational Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc).
- Candidates who have appeared in their Master's final exams are also eligible to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 23 to 32 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of the English language.
- Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Ability and willingness to drive a motorcycle.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Outgoing, friendly, and commanding demeanor.
- Innovative and influential mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
